How to Apply:
1. Enter your Name (Same as in your Certificates) and then Mobile Number to get OTP. WARNING:Name and Mobile cannot be changed once submitted.
Applications with mismatch in Name or/and date of birth (DOB) with that of submitted Certificates, will be treated as invalid.
2. Select your Post Name and fill all the field
3. Enter your Details properly
4. Check everything espicially Empolyment Exchange Registration Number, Requisition(Sponsorship) Number, Name and Date of Birth before pressing "Submit and Continue"
5. If you are a previously applied (Secretariat Assistant) candidate then please follow the instruction below to proceed.
Here previous Exmination Employment Exchange Requisition No. are the number issued by your respective Employment Exchange while sponsoring. If you applied for Secretariat Assistant and your sponsored number was 100 then your Requisition Number is 100-SA-GAD

6.Click "Submit and Continue" and Proceed to Documents Submission Section
7.Upload Scan copies of Permanent Residential Certificate issued by DC, Age Proof cetificate (valid document: Class X Certificate only), Employment Exchange Card, Photo, Signature, and category certificate if applicable
8.Click "Submit and Continue" and Proceed to Educational Section
9. In Education page select Exammination Type/Class, Enter Course/Exam Name like HSLC or CCC OR PGDCA, Master in Library Science (required for the post of Librarian), Graduate, Masters etc., Name of Board or University, PC/Grade Scored annd Select year of passing
10. Scan and Upload Marksheet and Certificate (All Files should be less than
250KB
)
11. Click on "Add" button until all applicable Examination/Course is added (Computer Certificate Courses is required for Secretariat Assistant post)
12. After adding all required Examination/Course Details Click on "Confirm and Proceed to Payment"
13. Give one final Check, tick the Declaration Checkbox and Click on
Confirm

14. You will be redirected to payment gateway where you will be asked to make the payment. Select your desired mode and pay.
15. Once payment completed you will be redirected to final page displaying your Application No. and other Details.Save the Application No. for further process such as Admit Card Download, Status Check etc.
